Rita Ann Braun Corbin, 77, of Greensburg, Kentucky, daughter of the late Bernard Joseph Braun and Mary Lee Witkam Braun, was born on Monday, September 20, 1948 in Jeffersonville, Indiana and departed this life on Thursday, January 1, 2026 at her home.
She had made a profession of faith in Christ and was a member of Green Hill Baptist Church. She worked as a dental assistant for the University of Kentucky Pediatrics Dentistry.
She is survived by her husband, David Ray Corbin of Greensburg, having united in marriage on August 20, 2015.
Other survivors include two daughters and sons-in-law: Allison Marie Pinkston and James Bradley, Leslie Ann Stratton and Shannon all of Lawrenceburg; five step-children: David Paul Corbin and Jessica of Fort Knox, Josh and Dawn Corbin of Greensburg, Kimberly Corbin of Glasgow, Dortia Miller of Georgia, Dale Ellis of Nebraska; three grandchildren: Mallory Pinkston, Sydney Pinkston, and Adam Stratton; five step-grandchildren: Macy York, Drew Corbin, Jamie Miller, Katie Miller, and Danielle Cummins; two brothers and sisters-in-law: Joe and Sher Braun, Mark and Connie Braun all of Indiana; two sisters and a brother-in-law: Linda and Wayne Hedrick, Peggy Braun Gootee all of Indiana; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
Honoring her wishes, cremation was chosen. There will be no formal services at this time.
