WKU Glasgow is inviting the community to an Innovation Camp Showcase on Friday, June 26, from noon to 2 p.m. The event will be held on the WKU Glasgow campus and will feature student campers presenting what they have created during a weeklong program. Campers are expected to share a variety of projects, including writing, art, engineering and design work.
Organizers say the showcase is meant to put local students’ creativity and innovation on display while giving them a chance to talk about their ideas. The event is open to the public, and community members are encouraged to attend to support the campers and learn more about the types of activities offered during the camp. Families, educators and local residents will have an opportunity to see firsthand how students have applied their skills in different subject areas throughout the week.
