William M. “Bill” Wine, age 84 of Cave City died Thursday at his home.
The Bristol Tennessee native was born November 16, 1936 to the late Ray and Hallie Caldwell Wine. Bill was a math teacher at Highland Elementary School in Louisville, KY before moving to Cave City to work as kitchen manager at Park Mammoth Resort in Park City. Bill was an excellent cook.
Survivors include his wife of 41 years, Wanda Wine; son, Michael Ambrose; grandchildren, Nathan Ambrose, Austin Ambrose, and Dillon Schellenburg; a brother, Ronald Wine of Bristol TN; sisters in law, Sarah Bigelow, Shirley Hill, Dorothy Bush and Sheila Parker; brother in law, Billy Clines; and former daughter in law, Felicia Schellenburg.
Cremation was chosen with no services scheduled at this time. J.C. Kirby and Son Funeral Chapels are in charge of arrangements.
