David Dell Scott, 52, of Adolphus, KY passed away Friday, January 8, 2021 at the Medical Center at Scottsville. The Greenville, IN native was a mechanic and son of Clay Dell Scott, who survives, and the late Betty Jean Blankenship Scott.
He is survived by his fiance’: Linda Tinsley, Adolphus, KY;
His father: Clay Scott and wife, Sarah, Adolphus, KY;
2 daughters: Kacy Parks and Mackiah Durbin, both of Franklin, KY;
1 step daughter: Kristal Arevalo and husband, Oliver, Finger, TN;
5 brothers: William Scott and wife, Nicole, and Kenny Joe Scott and wife, Tonya, all of Adolphus, KY; Chris Scott and wife, Lori, Westmoreland, TN; Marty Scott and wife, Amy, Franklin, KY and Tommy Scott, Scottsville, KY;
4 grandchildren: Damian Parks, Elijah Gress, Harmony Gress and Preston Poteet;
Several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by a niece: Joann Scott and a nephew: William Christopher Scott.
Funeral service will be 12:00 noon Wednesday at Goad Funeral Home with Bro. Curtis Johnson officiating and burial in Allen County Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Tuesday and after 7:00 a.m. Wednesday until funeral time at Goad Funeral Home.
