Teddy Ray Chaney, 73, born October 6, 1952, passed from this life March 8, 2026 in Glasgow.
Teddy is survived by his wife of 52 years, Pamela Anne Chaney, Horse Cave and one sister, Jenny Staples. He was the son of Berniece Chaney and the late Thomas Chaney.
He is also survived by his children Danielle Drake (John) of Horse Cave, David Chaney (Lori) of Cub Run, Erica Shaw (Micah) of Glasgow. Seven grandchildren, Bryce Martin (Lydia), Brynn Martin (Zack), Kayle Buckingham (Ransom), Kennedy Chaney, Wyatt Chaney, Jake Shaw (Callie), and Presley Shaw, along with several other family members including nieces, nephews and friends.
Teddy was a member of Rock Springs Baptist Church. He retired from RR Donnelley and Sons in Glasgow and was currently employed as a contract carrier for the USPS. He was an avid University of Kentucky fan, and he loved hunting, fishing and playing golf.
Funeral Services will be held at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, March 11, 2026, at Winn Funeral Home. Burial will follow the service at the Hiseville Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be held on Wednesday, March 11, 2026, at Winn Funeral Home, from 10 a.m. until the time of the service at 2:00PM.
