Chelsie Renea Cowles, 34 of Bowling Green, passed peacefully on Friday, March 6, 2026, at the Medical Center.
The Warren County native was a homemaker, and she was an avid advocate of Awareness for Epilepsy. She was one of the first to have her photo applied to the Kentucky State Capitol for the Medical Cannabis. Chelsie was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Clifton and Pauline Bratcher, and paternal grandmother, Dru Cowles.
She is survived by her two children, Kynlee Elise Murphy and Reed Allen Gammons, her parents, Mark and Tracy Cowles, paternal grandfather, Rick Cowles, paternal grandmother, Mary Jane Baker (Jimmy), and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
There will be a graveside service held at 1 p.m. Tuesday, March 10, at Boiling Springs Cemetery under the direction of Hardy & Son Funeral Home.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to Hardy & Son Funeral Home to help with the funeral expenses.
