Mrs. Christy Lynn (Baker) Gearlds, age 46, of Tompkinsville, Kentucky died Friday, October 10, 2025, at the University of Louisville Healthcare. Christy was born in Sumner County, Tennessee on October 30, 1978, and was a daughter of John Baker and Yvonne Spears.
She is survived by her husband, William “Bozo” Gearlds, of Tompkinsville; her two children, Ashley Puckett and Logan Puckett, both of Lebanon, Tennessee; one granddaughter, Aspen; her mother, Yvonne Spears and husband Danny, of Castalian Springs, Tennessee; her father, John Baker and wife Jennifer, of Gallatin, Tennessee; three sisters, Heather Harris and husband Jason, of Scottsville, Brittney Jarrett and husband Kyle of Mt. Juliet, Lycrecia Williams of Nashville; four brothers, John Eades of Mt. Juliet, James Baker, Shawn Baker, Brandon Willis and wife Patti, all of Gallatin; her grandmother, Betty Clouse of Cookeville, Tennessee and a host of extended family and friends.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00PM on Wednesday, October 15, 2025, at Bartley & Sons Funeral Home in Tompkinsville, Kentucky with burial to follow in the Skaggs Creek Cemetery. Bro. Gary Emberton will officiate the service.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 14, 2025, from 1:00 until 7:00PM and again on Wednesday, after 7:30AM until the service time at 1:00PM at Bartley & Sons Funeral Home.
