The Glasgow Police Department had “Shop with a Cop” on Dec. 8 at the Glasgow Walmart, providing children with some extra money to purchase clothes and toys.
According to the department, there were 10 children who participated in the shopping spree, and each was given $300.
“We worked with the local school district to select the children for the program,” the release states. “We would like to thank Walmart for all the support for this event.”
