Gerald Avery age 83 of Bonnieville passed away Saturday, September 21st at NHC of Glasgow. He was born in Cub Run to the late Will Oscar & Pearl Smith Avery. Gerald was a member of the Rocky Hill Baptist Church.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded by two brothers Gene Avery & Willie Avery and a twin sister Geraldine Warren.
Gerald is survived by his wife Wanda Avery, three children Ronald Joseph Avery, Timothy Gerald Avery and Kenetha Avery; one sister Margie Logsdon; four grandchildren Nicholas Frisbie, Kaitlyn Frisbie, Elijah Russell & Rebecca Avery(Ian); one great-grandson Jaxson Avery.
The funeral for Gerald Avery will be 10:30am Tuesday, Sept. 24th in the chapel of Sego Funeral Home with burial in the Concord Church Cemetery. Visitation will be from 2-8pm Monday and after 8am Tuesday at the Sego Funeral Home.
