Miranda Leigh West 56 of Bowling Green Kentucky embraced the loving arms of Jesus on September 6, 2026. She was surrounded by the love of family and friends.
Miranda was born on October 6, 1969, in Glasgow, Kentucky. She was the beloved daughter of William Robert West and Sue Carolyn Page West.
Her life was defined by a deep devotion to her family and friends. She had a generous spirit and an unmatched capacity for love.
Miranda spent most of her career in the retail industry, which allowed her to pursue her true passion for home design. She brought care, excellence, and life to everything she did.
Beyond work, she found her greatest joy in the simple, sacred moments of everyday life—whether immersed in a decorating project or helping others turn ordinary houses into forever homes. She loved planning, creating, and laughing with family and friends, especially over a good slice of pizza.
She leaves behind a legacy of kindness that will live on in the hearts of all who knew her.
She survived by her loving husband, Brian Ashley Wilson, her children, Courtland Page Sanders, Landon Michael May, Lawson West May, and her grandchildren Ellys Brenn Sanders, Asher Colt Sanders and Briggs Davis Sanders. She’s also survived by her mother, Sue Caroline Page West and William Robert West (Nancy Adam West) and her brother Micah Lance West. She was preceded in death by her brother Landon Page West.
Public visitation will be on Friday, September 11, 2026 12 PM to 2 PM. Family has asked that people dress for comfort, as Miranda wouldn’t have wanted anyone to make a fuss.
In lieu of flowers the family, kindly request that donations be made to the Blood Cancer United (Formerly the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society).
