Roger Leroy Davis, age 88, of Horse Cave, passed away Sunday, December 19, 2021 at The Medical Center At Caverna. He was a loving and devoted husband. He served as a deacon in the Horse Cave Baptist Church, as a trustee at Campbellsville University for 12 years, owned Nunn Insurance Agency where he worked as an agent for 40 years, and he served in the United States Military for 12 years.
He is preceded in death by his son, Brad Davis; his parents, Carmen and Roseline Davis; two sisters, Nelva and June.
He is survived by his wife of 68 years; Judy Davis; his daughter, Karen Davis.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, December 22 with burial to follow in the Horse Cave Municipal Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 5 p.m.-7p.m. on Tuesday, December 21, and from 9 a.m. until time of service on Wednesday.
The family of Roger Davis asks that all visitors wear a mask during visitation and the funeral services due to covid-19.
