Maple Bledsoe Kidd, age 84 of Bowling Green, departed this life on Wednesday, December 18, 2021 at her residence. She was born on February 25, 1937 in Edmonson County to the late Hughie and Ethel Cowles Bledsoe. She was married for 66 years to Rev. Herbert Donald Kidd, who survives.
Maple retired from the Warren County School System and was a member of Rocky Hill Baptist Church.
Besides her husband she leaves to honor her memory– daughter, Brenda Kay Rice (Todd) of Bowling Green; son, Don Kidd of Lafayette, IN, two grandchildren, Caleb Fife (Mikayla) of Smiths Grove and Ginger McOwen (Joshua) of Guthrie; and two great-grandchildren, London McOwen and Luke McOwen.
Interment will be in Kinser Cemetery.
