Charles E. Geralds

Charles E. Geralds age 89 of Munfordville passed away Wednesday, Oct. 14 at his home.  He was a native of Edmonson County and the son of the late Charlie and Martha Kerr Geralds.  Charles E. was a dairy and tobacco farmer, a veteran of the U.S. Air Force, a member of American Legion, Chief of the Priceville Volunteer Fire Department and a member of the Center Point Baptist Church.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife of 48 years Vera and his sister-in-law Pearline Geralds.

He is survived by one daughter-Glenda Buckner of Horse Cave

Two sons-Clayton Geralds & his wife Molly of Munfordville and Rodney Geralds of Munfordville

One sister-Athyleon Tindall & her husband Lee of Sonora

One brother-Johnnie Geralds of Munfordville

Three grandchildren-Natalie Bagby & her husband Brandon of Greensburg, Christopher Geralds & his wife Janie of Munfordville and   Kimberly Spradlin & her husband Matt

Five great-grandchildren-Brinley Bagby, Shannon & Elizabeth Geralds, Alice & Zachary Spradlin

Funeral services for Charles E. Geralds will be 11am Saturday, Oct. 17 in the chapel of Sego Funeral Home with Bro. Paul Hines officiating.

Burial will be in the Center Point Cemetery with military honors provided by the Disabled American Veterans of Glasgow.   Visitation will be Friday from 4-8pm and after 8am Saturday at the Sego Funeral Home.
