Richard Henry Lewis, 66, of Glasgow, passed away Sunday, September 6, 2020 at the Barren County Nursing & Rehab in Glasgow. He was born in Glasgow on May 6, 1954 to the late Ernest Lewis and Eliza Neal Lewis. Richard worked at Lessenberry Do It Center in Glasgow for over 20 years. He will be missed by all that knew him.
Survivors include a son, Bruce Lewis of Glasgow; sister, Betty Lewis of Glasgow; 2 grandchildren and several cousins. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by a daughter, Tonya Lewis.
Graveside service will be 1:00pm, Thursday, September 17th at the Glasgow Municipal Cemetery.
