George Craine, age 67, of Horse Cave, passed away on Thursday, August 13, 2026, at the Medical Center at Caverna. He was a lifelong farmer, and enjoyed playing horseshoes.
He was preceded in the death by his parents, Silas Richard Craine, and Velma Dennis Craine; six siblings, Jerry Craine, Jessie Craine, JR Craine, Michael Craine, Beulah Brown, and Frankie Gossett.
He is survived by his wife, Regina Wilkerson Craine; one daughter, Whitney Jaggers (Cody); one granddaughter, Marley Jaggers; special mother-in-law, Stella Wilkerson; three siblings, Marsha Glass, Shirley Reynolds (Anthony), and Barbara Sturgeon; several nieces and nephews.
Funeral Services will be held at 1:00PM on Tuesday, August 18, 2026, at Winn Funeral Home. Burial will follow the service at the Horse Cave Municipal Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Monday, August 17, 2026, from 5:00PM to 8:00PM, and will continue on Tuesday, from 9:00AM until the time of the service at 1:00PM.
