Diana Simpson, age 68, of Horse Cave, passed away Saturday, May 9, 2026, at Tristar Medical Center in Nashville.
She was an employee of RR Donnelley for 20+ years. Diana was a member of St. Anthony Catholic Church and loved playing Bingo. She deeply loved her nephew and great niece like they were her own children.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Caly Simpson, and Antonia Martinez Simpson; her brother, Michael Simpson; and her companion, Rondal “Butch” Minyard.
She is survived by her sister, Cindy Milby; nephew, Jon Michael Milby; great nieces and nephews, Ellie Mae, Hadley Brooke, and Bentley Smith.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. at Winn Funeral Home on Tuesday, May 12, 2026, with burial to follow in the Cosby Cemetery. Visitation will be held Tuesday, May 12, at Winn Funeral Home from 9:00 A.M. until the time of service at 2:00 P.M.
