Pamela Kay “Pam” Miller, age 69, of Tompkinsville, Kentucky, passed away Tuesday, December 30, 2025 at the Medical Center at Bowling Green.
Pam was born February 9, 1956, in Indiana, a daughter of the late Louise (Ritter) Spear and Lecil Spear.
She was united in marriage to Johnny Miller on July 9, 1976, in Columbia, Kentucky, and together they shared nearly 50 years of marriage.
Pam attended Lab Tech School in Cookeville, Tennessee, and devoted over 30 years of service as a laboratory technician at Monroe County Medical Center. After her retirement, Pam enjoyed painting, watching UK basketball, but above all, she cherished spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.
She is survived by her husband, Johnny Miller, of Tompkinsville; one daughter, Janna Sullivan and husband Jason, of Tompkinsville; one son, Dr. Kevin Miller and wife Shelly, of Naples, Florida; and five grandchildren, Sienna, Paxton, and Rowen Miller, and
J. Miller and Harlan Sullivan; a sister-in-law, Gail Spear, of Tompkinsville.
Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Gary Spear, and a sister, Sandra Reeves.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, January 4, 2026at Yokley Trible Funeral Home in Tompkinsville, with burial to follow at Skaggs Creek Cemetery.
Visitation will be held Saturday from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., and Sunday from 9:00 a.m. until the time of service at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Pam’s memory to Skaggs Creek Cemetery.
