2 injured in Glasgow collision

Two people were injured in a Glasgow collision that occurred on Sunday, Dec. 28.

A 2012 Ford Taurus being driven by Dallen McCoy “was attempting to make a left turn from Ensminger Drive onto N.L. Rogers Wells Boulevard and pulled into the path of 2011 Ford Mustang operated by Gabriel Colon, who was traveling southbound on [the boulevard at the time],” a police press release stated.

Colon and his passenger Madison Jones were transported to T.J. Samson Community Hospital by Barren-Metcalfe EMS for their injuries, according to the release. No other injuries were reported.

The collision was investigated by officer Quentin Phillips, assisted by the Barren-Metcalfe EMS and the Glasgow Fire Department.
