Rosetta Horton age 67 of Cave City passed away Thursday, August 22nd at the University Hospital in Louisville.
She was a former employee at Dart Container. Rosetta attended the Bearwallow Church of Christ. She was the daughter of the late Robert “Bobby” & Hettie Fuson Horton.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded by a son Laymon Horton, Jr. & a granddaughter Layla Rose Clymer.
Rosetta is survived by her children Fayetta Cymer(Brad), Phillip Horton(Cassandra) & Eddie Horton(Linda);
Grandchildren-Matthew Lashley, Erica Simmons, Eddie Horton, Jr.(Rachel), Gavin Clymer, Lucas Clymer, Phillip Horton, Jr., & Wyatt Horton; great-grandchildren-Tripp, Berkley & Carson; Brothers-Robert Fuson & Marfield Fuson; Sisters-Brenda Horton, Linda Wilder, Crystal McDonald, Gail Widener & Saretia Catron.
The funeral service for Rosetta Horton will be 1pm Sunday, August 25th in the chapel of Sego Funeral Home with burial in the Horton Family Cemetery on the farm in Canmer. Visitation will be from 4-8pm Saturday and will continue after 11:30am Sunday at the Sego Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers, the family request that donations be given to the Ronald McDonald House.
