Kentucky State Police Post 4 investigated an officer-involved shooting that occurred on Saturday, February 3 at approximately 8:30pm EST at the Taco Bell Restaurant located at the intersection of KY 245 and Frost Avenue in Bardstown.
No officers or other members of the community were injured during the incident. The suspect was arrested and charged by Bardstown Police Department for a previous outstanding warrant in addition to new charges including disorderly conduct, menacing, wanton endangerment, and resisting arrest. He was lodged by in the Nelson Co. Detention Center.
