Richard A. Young, 64, of Edmonton, was jailed Sunday, Jan. 15, 2023, after he was pulled over in Glasgow.

GLASGOW — Police arrested a fugitive from Indiana in Glasgow on Sunday.
Before the arrest, Glasgow Police made a traffic stop along S.L. Rogers Wells Boulevard. A vehicle had an expired registration plate, according to a news release.
Officers confirmed Richard A. Young, 64, of Edmonton, was a fugitive from Indiana. He had active warrants. Officers allegedly located a loaded handgun in Young’s possession and suspected marijuana inside a vape pen.
Young was charged with a slew of drug charges including marijuana and drug paraphernalia possession and several traffic infractions. He also faces a charge connected to his fugitive status.
