Dale was a man of many hats throughout his life. Born and raised in Mullen, Idaho he was an avid skier who loved the outdoors. He served nearly four years in the Army. True to his adventurous spirit he was a wayward traveler. Throughout his lifetime, Dale worked a variety of jobs and trades including time in the Sunshine Silver Mines, construction, paving, trucking and many other odd jobs. Eventually he and his beloved wife retired together after years of working together as an OTR Team, driving all over the country. Dale was a friend of Bill W. for most of his life. He served as the president of the Star Rider MC of New Hampshire where he formed many friendships and shared his love of motorcycles and the open road. More recently Dale “ABSOLUTELY” accepted Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior and became a member of Crossland Community Church in Glasgow, KY. Dale’s favored pastimes were riding his beloved Harleys, helping others and being beside his wife, Lisa in whatever he was doing. Dale cherished the life they had together.
Dale’s family would like to express their heartfelt appreciation to all the family and friends who came by to visit him from nearby and from across the country. Your presence, love, prayers and kindness mean more than words can express.
A celebration of life will be 7:00 pm Monday, October 5, 2026 at the Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home with cremation to follow. Visitation will be from 3:00 pm until time for services Monday afternoon. The service will be on Facebook live with Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home.
