GLASGOW — Area high schools will remain in their respective football class alignment, according to a draft proposal released by the Kentucky High School Athletic Association.
The 2023 football realignment keeps Glasgow High in Class 3A District Two. Adair and Hart counties are also in the same class and district. Franklin-Simpson and Butler County will be added to the district while Taylor County and Casey County will go elsewhere.
As for Barren County High, the realignment keeps them in Class 6A District 2. Central Hardin, North Hardin and Warren Central are also in the same class and district.
Caverna High remains in Class 1A District 1. Ballard Memorial, Fulton County and Russellville are also in the same class and district as Caverna.
