Tonight there is an opportunity for the community to support the family of Trooper Hayden Phillips.
Marcus Thurman has requested the community show support during youth baseball games at Jackie Browning Park. The games begin at 7:15 p.m. at the park off Donnelley Drive in Glasgow.
Thurman posted on social media, “We have two special players who recently lost their father, Kentucky State Police, Trooper Hayden Phillips. While there are no words that can take away the pain this little guy and his family are experiencing, we can surround him with love and remind him that he and his family are not walking through this alone.”
Thurman asked the community to “Please continue to keep this young man, the Phillips family, his teammates, and the entire KSP family in your prayers.”
