Jeff Harrison, age 58 of Bowling Green, peacefully departed this life on Tuesday, September 22, 2026, at TriStar Centennial Medical Center in Nashville, TN. He was born on June 20, 1968, in Pierce, Nebraska, to the late Don and Susan Woodcock Harrison. Jeff grew up in Edmonson County, where he made many lifelong memories and lasting friendships, and was a 1986 graduate of Edmonson County High School.
Jeff spent many years doing what he loved — working with his hands and restoring vehicles to their best. He was an auto body repairman by trade and, most recently, was a valued member of the team at Davis and Sons Body Shop. His work was more than simply a job; it was something he took pride in and a reflection of his natural ability to see what needed to be fixed and make it right.
Outside of work, Jeff found joy in the simple things that made life special. He loved going to car shows, admiring classic cars and sharing in something he was passionate about. He especially enjoyed spending time at the lake, where he could relax, enjoy the outdoors, and make memories with the people he loved. But above all, Jeff cherished his family. He was a very likable, easygoing person who could make those around him smile with his great sense of humor.
He leaves to honor and cherish his memory—his children, Taylor Harrison and Blake Alexander, both of Brownsville; his siblings and lifelong best friends, Kim Thompson (Bryan) of Brownsville and Jeremy Harrison (Christie) of Glasgow; nephews, Tyler Thompson, Tristan Thompson (Lindsey), and Heston Harrison (Caitlyn); nieces, Keaton Thompson and Madison Froedge (Taylor); a great-niece, Raelynn Thompson; along with numerous friends and loved ones who will forever treasure the memories they shared with him.
Though Jeff’s journey on earth has come to an end, the memories he created, the laughter he shared, and the love he gave to his family and friends will continue to live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved him. His life was woven into the lives of many, and he will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered.
Funeral service is 1 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 3 at Patton Funeral Home Brownsville Chapel. Visitation is Saturday, Oct. 3, from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. at the funeral home.
