Dan Junior Sullivan passed away Tuesday, July 7th at the age of 85. Born on July 2, 1941 to the late Dan Joe and Gertrude Oldham Sullivan, in Flint Hill, Ky, Dan spent his life as the owner and operator of Dan Sullivan Trucking, until he recently retired. Dan was known for his unwavering work ethic.
Dan was preceded in death by a son Mike Sullivan, his brothers Charles Sullivan, Bob Sullivan, Carol Jean Sullivan, Harold Sullivan, Billy Sullivan and sisters Mary Polly and Francis. He cherished his family deeply and is survived by his two daughters, Beth Crump(Josh) and Tanya Veitschegger(Rocky), as well as his grandchildren Lauren Berkley(Rheece), Joshua Dan Crump(August Neal), Jon Michael Crump, and Jake Ryan Crump. He also leaves behind a precious great-granddaughter, Magnolia Berkley, who brought him immense joy.
Visitation will be from 4-8pm Friday, July 10th and Saturday after 10am at Sego Funeral Home. The funeral service will be at 1pm Saturday, July 11th at the funeral home. Cremation will follow the service with burial of his cremains in the Munfordville Municipal Cemetery.
