Tony McClellan “Woolybooger” Wooldridge, Summersville

Tony McClellan “Woolybooger” Wooldridge of Summersville, Kentucky, son of Shirley Wooldridge Wright of Summersville and the late William McClellan Wooldridge, was born on Sunday, January 25, 1959 in Campbellsville and departed this life on Sunday, June 21, 2026 at Taylor Regional Hospital. He was 67 years, 4 months, and 27 days of age.

He had made a profession of faith in Christ and was a member of Liberty Missionary Baptist Church. He worked as an electrician for many years, and formerly worked for Greensburg Manufacturing and Dart. Tony served our country honorably in Iraq, having served in the United States National Guard. Other than his mother, he is also survived by two sisters: Melinda Matthews of Hardyville, and Janet Milby of Summersville; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

The funeral service for Tony “Woolybooger” Wooldridge will be conducted at 1 P.M., Central Time, Thursday, June 25, 2026 at the Cowherd and Parrott Funeral Home with burial to follow in the Bell Cemetery. Bro. Joe Milby officiating. Full military honors will be conducted by the Marion County Honor Guard. Visitation is requested from 4 until 8 P.M., Central Time, Wednesday at the funeral home and after 7 A.M., Central Time, Thursday until time of the funeral service.
