Rickey Howell, age 68, of Munfordville, passed away Saturday, May 23, 2026 at his home. He was a native of Hart County. Rickey worked at Gates Rubber Company for 44 years. He was also a farmer. Rickey loved the outdoors, spending time hunting, fishing, and camping.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Joseph Nolan Howell and Gracie Howell.
He is survived by his spouse of over 30 years, Sandra Puckett; one brother Mark Howell; two daughters, Austina Brittain (Jeff) and Brandy Baumgardner (Ed); one son, Andrew Lowenson; four grandchildren, Jayden Brittain, Ashlee Clark, Alexia Clark, and Alyssa Clark.
Funeral services will be held at Winn Funeral Home at 1:00 PM on Wednesday, May 27, 2026 with burial to follow in the Cosby Cemetery. Visitation will be held at Winn Funeral Home on Tuesday, May 26, 2026 from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM and from 9:00 AM until time of service Wednesday.
