Miriam Annette Hoots, age 57, passed away at the Medical Center of Bowling Green, on June 12, 2024. The Adair County native was born in Columbia, Kentucky to Dr. Bob and Peggy (Gibson) Hoots on June 12, 1967. She is preceded in death by her father Dr. Bob Hoots.
Survivors include her daughter Hannah Hoots; sister Lydia Sturdivant; brother Mark Hoots and his wife Charlotte. Several nieces and nephews and a host of extended family also survive.
Miriam was a beautiful lady with a personality that was infectious. Her smile made everyone smile. She loved music and would share its history with anyone willing to listen. She never met a stranger.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday June 15th at 2pm, at Trinity Church in Columbia, Kentucky.
In lieu of flowers we ask that any tributes are made to Peggy Hoots to assist with expenses.
