Mary Bernice Key, 78 of Scottsville, KY passed away Monday, May 27, 2024 at T. J. Samson Community Hospital in Glasgow, KY. The Indianapolis, IN native was a homemaker and loving nana to her grandchildren, great grandchildren and many other children. She was a daughter of the late Andrew Sutton and Dollie Brown Sutton.
She is survived by 1 son: Keith Murley and wife, Loretta, Greensburg, KY;
3 daughters: Tonya Creek and husband, Kevin, Scottsville, KY; Crystal Stockton and August Steenbergen, both of Glasgow, KY;
4 step children; 10 grandchildren; several great grandchildren an several nieces.
She was preceded in death by a daughter: Trina Murley; her soul mate: Archie Key; 1 sister: Lucille Sutton and 3 brothers: Jr. Sutton, Eugene Sutton and Kenneth Sutton.
Funeral service will be 11:00 a.m. Friday at Goad Funeral Home with Rev. Jeff Williams officiating and cremation to follow. Visitation will be 9:30 a.m. Friday until funeral time at Goad Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations for funeral expenses.
