Kevin “K.C.” Kless, of Cincinnati, Ohio, passed away Wednesday, May 22, 2024, at the Hospice of Cincinnati having attained the age of 44 years, 6 months and 19 days. K.C. was born in Summit County, Ohio, on November 4, 1979 , the son of William & Patricia (Hurban) Kless. He earned degrees from Bowling Green State University and the University of Georgia, going on to become a Latin teacher for more than 15 years at Oakwood City Schools in Dayton and Indian Hill Middle School in Cincinnati. He is preceded in death by his father, William Kless, grandparents, Margaret “Peggy” Hurban, Joseph Hurban, Celeste Kless, Eugene Kless, and father-in-law, Raymond Earl “Ray” Ritchie, Jr.
K.C. is survived by his wife, Rachel (Ritchie) Kless, children, Samuel and Miranda, mother, Patricia Kless, brother, Kyle Kless, sister, Michelle Swanson, mother-in-law, Joan Ritchie, and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 30, 2024 from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at the Hope Lutheran Church, 4695 Blue Rock Road, Cincinnati, Ohio 45247. The Funeral Service will be conducted on Friday, May 31, 2024 beginning at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Christie Beckmann officiating at the Hope Lutheran Church in Cincinnati, Ohio. Interment will be at Oak Hill Cemetery, 11200 Princeton Pike, Cincinnati, OH 45246, directly after services, followed by a luncheon at Hope Lutheran Church.
