The Kentucky State Police (KSP) Post 12 was contacted by Spencer County Child Protective Services in reference to injuries sustained to two children, seven months of age.
Through the investigation, Post 12 detectives charged the father, Markus White, 21 years of age from Lexington Kentucky, with 2 counts of Criminal Abuse 1st degree-Child Under 12 years of age.
Both children were transported to Norton’s Children’s Hospital in Louisville with serious physical injuries.
Markus White has been arrested and is lodged in the Shelby County Detention Center
