GLENCOE, Ky. (05/30/2023) – Kentucky State Police are investigating a shooting in Gallatin County.
Kentucky State Police Post 5 in Campbellsburg received a call Tuesday at approximately 8:33 pm from Gallatin County dispatch requesting assistance with a shooting that occurred on US 127 in Glencoe in Gallatin County. Kentucky State Police Post 5 Troopers and Detectives responded to the scene.
The victim, a 17 year old female, was transported from the scene to Saint Elizabeth Hospital in Florence, then transported from there to the University of Cincinnati Hospital for non-life threatening injuries.
Kentucky State Police Post 5 is conducting the ongoing investigation. The Gallatin County Sheriff’s Office and Gallatin County EMS assisted at the scene.
