Roy Davis, 85, of Brownsville passed away at 5:54 PM Sunday Nov. 7, 2021 at Greenview Regional Hospital in Bowling Green.
The Edmonson County native was a truck mechanic and a member of Asphalt Church of Christ. He was a son of the late Homer Davis and Goldie Meredith Davis. He was preceded in death by a son, Gerry “Gee” Davis; a daughter, Sherry Delane Davis; a brother, Bernie Davis; and a sister, Mava Davis.
Graveside services will be held at 1:30 PM Wednesday at New Liberty Cemetery. Visitation will take place 10:30 AM-1:00 PM Wednesday at Gravil Funeral Home.
Surviving are his wife, Anna Miller Davis; four sons, Terry Davis (Kathy), Jeff Davis, Roy Dewayne Davis (April) and Ricky Davis (Kim) all of Brownsville; a daughter, Rachel Ann Davis of Brownsville; a sister, Doris Davis of Brownsville; seven grandchildren; and six great grandchildren.
