Elsie Gay Hestand, 88, of Tompkinsville, KY passed away Monday, November 1st, at Monroe County Medical Center.
Gay was born in Tompkinsville, KY on September 6, 1933, a daughter of the late Tula (Smith) and Eugene Plumlee.
She was a member of Tompkinsville First Baptist Church.
Gay is survived by her grandson, T.J. Hestand; and great granddaughter, Kenleigh Joanne Hestand.
Other than her parents, she is preceded in death by a son, N.J. Hestand.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM on Friday, November 5th at Yokley Trible Funeral Home in Tompkinsville, KY. Burial to follow at Monroe County Memorial Lawn.
Visitation is Thursday, 4-7 PM, and Friday, 8:00 AM until service time at 1:00 PM at Yokley Trible Funeral Home.
