Anita Kay Parker Campbell, age 54 passed away Wednesday at the Taylor Regional Hospital in Campbellsville.
Survivors include: her husband: Mike Campbell of Campbellsville.
A daughter and a son-in-law: Tara & Jared Ervin of Greensburg.
2 sons and a companion: Dustin Shofner of Campbellsville and Jason Shofner and his companion Megan Chase of Greensburg.
3 grandchildren: Zack Ervin, Kiley Ervin and “one on the way”.
3 sisters and 2 brothers-in-law: Shelia & Bill Wright of Campbellsville, Diana & Darren Goff of Greensburg and Susan Hughes of Russell Springs.
The funeral services for Anita Kay Parker Campbell will be conducted at 11 A.M., Central time Saturday at the Cowherd & Parrott Funeral Home in Greensburg with burial to follow in the Greasy Creek Cemetery.
Visitation will be conducted on Friday from 4 until 8 PM, Central time and after 7 AM on Saturday until time for the service at the Cowherd & Parrott Funeral Home in Greensburg.
Memorials are suggested to be made to the Greasy Creek Baptist Church Youth Fund, which can be made at the funeral home.
