Mrs. Joelene Barlow, 70, of Glasgow, Ky died Sunday, September 5, 2021 at Hosparus Inpatient Care Center Louisville, Ky. Mrs. Barlow was the daughter of the late William Morris Tywman and Mary Garnett Tywman. She leaves to cherish her precious memories, her devoted husband, Frankie Barlow; two daughters, Cortniee Logan (Eric) of Bowling Green, Krystle Tinker (Rodrick) of Shelbyville, Ky; siblings William Twyman (Lou) and Patricia Brown (James) of Cave City, Ky, Roy Twyman (Queen) of Indianapolis, IN, two grandchildren Corbin Blake and Cailyn Marie Logan; and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins. A Private Funeral service will be held at 12:00 pm on Wednesday, September 8, 2021 at Hayes Brothers Funeral Home Glasgow. Burial will follow at Happy Valley Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be 10:00 am- 12:00 pm on Wednesday, September 8, 2021 at Hayes Brothers Funeral Home Glasgow.
