Winfred Calvin Peyton, 65, Glasgow, died Friday, September 4, 2021
at the T J Samson Community Hospital. Born in Dayton, Ohio, he was the son
of the late Charles Calvin Peyton and Berdia Jean Atkins Peyton. He was a
shift supervisor at Cross City Veneers and a United States Army Veteran of
the Vietnam War.
Survivors include his wife Laura; five children: Winfred Charles
Peyton, Kevin Peyton, Elizabeth Graham, Ashley Ward, and Tiffany Peyton; one
sister, Mona Lisa Palmer-roberts; 14 grandchildren; 3 nieces.
The family honored his request to be cremated. No services are
scheduled at the time. Arrangements entrusted to Hatcher & Saddler Funeral
Home.
