JoAnn Hall, 87 of Millersport, Ohio, she was born in Columbus, Ohio to Mary Margaret Hicks and Thomas “Pigeon” Harris on May 13, 1935, went to heavens gates on May 28, 2022.
She was a member of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel at Buckeye Lake, Ohio. JoAnn was a loving, giving person that raised more than her own children. She always opened her home to those needing a loving caring place full of comfort, food, and guidance. That was her way of showing you that she cared. She was a woman of her word and a hard worker that dedicated herself to her family. We shall always be grateful she loved us deeply. She loved sports, and with the help of her husband, Hubert Hall, they both started the Millersport Little League Football and Baseball programs. She dedicated many years to coaching softball and being a proud supporter of the Millersport athletic programs. She was a big fan of Ohio State Football and University of Kentucky Basketball.
JoAnn is preceded in death by her husband, Hubert Hall; son, Bart Alexander Hall.
Survivors include two daughters, Brenda Thompson of Glasgow. Kentucky, and Beanetta Buchanan (Gary) of Fairfield Beach, Ohio; ten grandchildren, Dale (Rachel), Drew (Becky), Darren (Micah), and Derek (Mercedez) Thompson, DeAnndra Davis (Kermis), Chelsie, Cayla, Colt & Chere Buchanan; step grandson, Dustin Thompson (Leslie) along with Twenty-three great grandchildren.
