Mark Martin

Mark Martin, age 62 of Glasgow, KY died Monday, November 15, 2021.He was born on April 30, 1959 to the late Cleon and Beatrice Mitchell Martin.  He was a faithful member at Queen’s Chapel Baptist Church.  He retired after 27 years of service from Glasgow State Hospital.  He was currently employed at Golden Gate Bridges until the time of his illness.   He is survived by one son Brandon Martin (Rebecca) of Bowling Green; three sisters: Teresa (Jackie) Curd, Tillie Gail Slaton, and Mary Ann Martin; three brothers: Cleon (Pete) Martin, Robert (Butch) Martin, all of Glasgow and Bruce Martin (Sheila) of Huntsville, AL; three grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.   In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one brother, Billy Joe Martin.  Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m. Saturday at the Hatcher &Saddler Funeral Home with burial in the Pleasant Union Cemetery.  Visitation will be from 4 to 8 pm Friday at the funeral home.
