Mr. George Spencer Washer, age 68, of Cave City, Kentucky passed away peacefully on Monday, November 15, 2021, at Greenwood Nursing and Rehab in Bowling Green. George was born in Bowling Green, Kentucky on March 31, 1953, a son of the late L.G. and Edith Irene (Walthall) Washer. George was a Farmer and put many miles on his old ton truck hauling cattle over the years. George found salvation a few weeks ago, with his son Jon by his side.
He is survived by his son, Jon Washer, and wife Mandi, of Tompkinsville; a brother, Jimmy Adams and his wife Mandy of Glasgow; three sisters, Gleda Temples and husband Larry of Scottsville, Jeanie Adams of Scottsville, and Clarice Adams of Burkesville. Four grandchildren; Callyn, Payton, Jon Waylon, and Daniel Luke Washer also survive.
Funeral services will be conducted at 6:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 20, 2021, at Bartley & Sons Funeral Home, with Bro. Gene Geralds officiating. The family will receive friends from Noon until the time for services at 6:00 p.m.
