Elizabeth Ann Ellis Combs

Elizabeth Ann Ellis Combs of Glasgow, 86, passed gently into the next life
on October 28th, 2021, at Barren County Nursing and Rehab.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Maxey B. Combs; sons, Stephan
Combs and Scott Combs; and her parents, Rev. Chris and Kathleen Ellis. A
sister, Mary Dodd Ellis Thomas, also preceded her in death.
Mrs. Combs was a homemaker who also kept books for her husband's gas and oil
distribution business.

She is survived by a son, Douglas Combs and his wife, Melissa, who live in
Rutherford County, Tennessee; brother-in-law, Eldon Thomas; several nieces,
nephews and their spouses also survive.

The family wishes to thank Connie Groce for her gentle and generous care of
Mrs. Combs over the past several years.

Due to COVID concerns, a graveside only service will be held on Saturday,
November 6th, 2021 at 2:00pm at Glasgow Municipal Cemetery.  Arrangements
are being handled by A.F. Crow & Son Funeral Home.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the Mary Wood Weldon
Memorial Library.
