SCOTTSVILLE, Ky. – According to a press release issued by Scottsville Police Department on August 14, SPD received a report on August 12 that a 6th grade teacher at Allen County Intermediate Center had “unwantedly touched a student in a way that is believed to be inappropriate.”
Investigation by the SPD resulted in harassment charges being filed against Joshua Blankenship, 26, of Scottsville.
Blankenship was served a criminal summons and given a later court date.
