Roger David Forbis, age 60, of Cave City, KY, died July 12, 2021, at the U of L Medical Center. He was born in Glasgow on March 3, 1961 to the late Carlos Marshall Forbis and the late Brenda Sue (Whitlow) Forbis. Roger was a farmer and a mail truck delivery driver.
He is survived by his wife, Sharon Forbis; one son, Jeremy Forbis of Cave City; one daughter, Ashley Forbis of Cave City; two brothers, Tommy and Jason Forbis, both of Glasgow; several nieces and nephews also survive.
Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM, Friday, July 16th at A.F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in the Glasgow Municipal Cemetery. Visitation will be 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM Thursday, and Friday morning until time for the service at the funeral home.
