Donald Lee Jobe, 82, of Corydon, IN passed away Tuesday, July 6th, at his residence.
Donald was born in Monroe County, KY on July 29, 1938, son of the late Buford & Minnie Bell (Rhoton) Jobe. He was married to Barbara June (Lawson) Jobe of Corydon, IN who survives. He was retired from International Harvester after 30 years of service & was a member of UAW.
Other than his wife, Donald is survived by two daughters, Valerie, wife of Keith Hall, of Louisville, KY; Denita Spond, of ST. Petersburg, FL; three sons, Michael, husband of Melissa Jobe, of Corydon, IN; Jeffrey, husband of Marlene Jobe, of La Porte, IN; Donald A, husband of Tammy Jobe, of Elizabeth, IN; step daughter, Marisha, wife of Greg Sherrard, of Charlestown, IN; two step sons John Prall, of Henryville,IN; Gilbert, husband of Trina Prall, of Henryville, IN; 17 Grandchildren & several great-grandchildren, three sisters, Kate Devary, of Versailles, KY; Minnie Jones, of Tompkinsville, KY; Jennie Beasley, of Tompkinsville, KY. and brother, Clovis, husband of Sharon Jobe, of Indianapolis, IN;
Other than his parents, his brothers, Cledus, Jackie Ned, Huston, Jehovah & Bobby Dean & sisters, Lena Ford, Mary Doyle Denton & Jo Nelle Turner preceded him in death.
Funeral Service will be held 2 PM on Saturday, July 10th at Yokley Trible Funeral Home in Tompkinsville, KY.
Visitation will be held 11 AM to 2 PM on Saturday, July 10th at Yokley Trible Funeral Home in Tompkinsville, KY.
Interment at Hammer Cemetery, Tompkinsville, KY.
