GLASGOW, Ky. — Police arrested an intoxicated person outside Wendy’s last Friday.
Officers arrived and and located Timothy Raines of Indianapolis. He was standing beside a vehicle, a news release said.
Officers searched his car and noted marijuana, methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia.
Raines was charged with first degree possession of a controlled substance, marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
