Mary Teresa Tooley

Mary Teresa Tooley, age 54, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, April 3, 2021 at her home in Tompkinsville, KY. She was born July 11, 1966 in Tompkinsville, KY to the late Bertie Lee Tooley and the late Heard Geralds. Other than her parents, she is preceded in death by her daughter, Kiara Jhaneen Tooley. Teresa is survived by her daughters, Kakeeya Tooley of Bowling Green, KY, Kiayetta Tooley or Tompkinsville, KY, and son, Jamall Tooley of Glasgow, KY. Three brothers, Michael Kirk of Bowling Green, KY, Dennis Kirk (Kathy) of Tompkinsville, KY, and Kenneth Alec Tooley (Taneka) of Tompkinsville, KY; one sister, Kay Tooley, of Celina, TN and five grandchildren. Special friends, Sherri Tooley of Moss, TN, Audrey Kirk, Panquita Tooley, both of Tompkinsville, KY and Tracy Tooley of Bowling Green, KY. She was a cheerleader for the Tompkinsville High School where she graduated from in 1984. She had worked at Kentucky Apparel. Teresa was a member of the Kingdom Hill Church of Christ. Teresa fully lived life to the fullest. She was known as the life of the party to all who knew her. She enjoyed dancing, cooking, listening to music, and spending time with her family. Teresa can now rest in peace. She will be missed by everyone who knew her. Funeral Services will be held at 12 Noon on Saturday, April 10, 2021 at Yokley Trible Funeral Home with burial to follow at Mt. Nebo Cemetery. Visitation is Saturday morning from 10 AM until service time at 12 noon at Yokley Trible Funeral Home.
