Scotty Anderson, 41, of Scottsville, KY passed away Wednesday, March 3, 2021 at his residence. The Scottsville, KY native was the owner and operator of Anderson’s Auto Sales and former employee of the Allen County Water District. He was a son of Roger Charles Martin and Lisa Carol Anderson Martin.
He is survived by his wife: Ashley Anderson, Scottsville, KY;
1 son: Dyson Anderson, Scottsville, KY;
3 daughters: Kaeley Fann, Makynlee Anderson and Peyton Anderson, all of Scottsville, KY;
His parents: Roger and Lisa Martin, Scottsville, KY;
Paternal grandmother: Irene Martin, Scottsville, KY;
Mother-in-law: Christina Minatra and husband, Barry, Nashville, TN;
Father-in-law: Randy Lee Blankenship and wife, Kim, Adolphus, KY;
5 brothers: Dickie Martin and wife, Carrie; Roger Martin, Joey Martin, Kevin Martin and Jamie Martin, all of Scottsville, KY;
1 sister: Melissa Tabbert and husband, Nicholas, Scottsville, KY;
Several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by 1 brother: Jeff Anderson; 1 nephew: Jacob Tabbert; maternal grandparents: Paul and Lorene Anderson and paternal grandfather: Garnett Martin.
Funeral service will be 1:00 p.m. Saturday at Goad Funeral Home with Bro. Keith Patrick officiating and burial in Crescent Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Friday and after 7:00 a.m. Saturday until funeral time at Goad Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations for funeral expenses. Donations may be made at Goad Funeral Home. The service can be viewed live on the Goad Funeral Home Facebook page beginning at 1:00 p.m. Saturday. According to the Kentucky Funeral Directors Association, social distancing and face masks are required and there is NO PUBLIC lounge available.
