GLASGOW, Ky. — A portion of Oil Well Road in southern Barren County is closed due to excessive flooding.
The portion of roadway from addresses 4336 to 4715 is closed, according to Barren County Judge Executive Micheal Hale. The roadway is submerged in water, and portions of the roadway broke down during heavy flooding early Monday.
Crews will begin to repair the road when weather permits.
There is no clear indication when the roadway will reopen.
