GLASGOW, Ky. — Barren and Metcalfe County Schools will be closed Monday due to high waters across the counties.
Several areas continue to see rising waters, according to Director of Transportation for Barren County Schools Bud Tarry. Rain continues to fall.
Both school systems said Monday will be a Distanced Learning Day. Teachers will be available for assistance.
No further information is available about other school systems at this time.
